Good morning, guys. This week's Sunday Sesh will be held at Ateneo de Manila University, 7am. Let's all meet at the soccer field across Blue Eagle Gym.
We have a good reputation with the authorities there and it took us a couple of years to gain their trust and we want to keep it that way. So here's a set of... rules we'd ...like you to adhere to while we're in Ateneo.
1. Don't stray off, stay within the group.
2. Stick to the program.
3. Avoid doing things that will attract attention.
4. Be mindful of the environment.
5. Bring an open mind and a humble heart.
Upon entering the gate, if the guard asks where you're going, DON'T say you're there for the Parkour Session. Just tell them you're going to MORO gym or Blue Eagle Gym, or watch a soccer game or whatever.
Bring the usual stuff..change of clothes, a small towel, and lots of water, food if you want as long as you're willing to share :p |
